Cheap, Delicious, and Healthy Pizza

Tonight’s dinner was a particularly big hit so I thought I would share it with all of you. It’s all the important things. Healthy, delicious, cheap, and most importantly super easy to make!


Ingredients:

Gardein Vegetarian Chicken strips

Gardein Veggie Burger

Pesto Sauce

“Chick-Fil-A“ sauce

Taco Blend Shredded Cheese

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Orange Sweet Pepper

Baby Spinach

Garlic Powder

Garlic Pepper

All season salt

Whole Grain French Bread


First preheat you oven to 400°

Take your cauliflower crust available at Walmart. (Currently has a $1.50 rebate on Ibotta) And place it on an un-greased pizza pan.

Using a teaspoon spread your pesto sauce evenly across the crust.

Squirt Great Value version Chick-fil-A sauce on crust in a spiral pattern.



Using the back of your spoon slide across surface in a back and forth motion to gently mix the sauces.

Dice veggie burger and scatter evenly across the surface of the pizza. ($1.50 rebate available on Ibotta )



Cover evenly with taco blend shredded cheese.

Dice sweet pepper into small cubes and spread evenly across pizza.

Cut Gardein veggie chicken strips into chunks and scatter across pizza.

Place 4-6 (more if desired)leaves of baby spinach evenly on surface.

Lightly sprinkle with garlic pepper

Place in oven on center rack for 15 minutes.


Garlic Bread:

Place Whole Grain French bread on greased cookie sheet. (Can usally be found on clearance for $0.60)

Cut jalapeño velveta cheese slice into 8ths and place on each slice of bread.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, garlic pepper, and all seasons salt evenly.

Add a pinch of taco blend shredded cheese to each slice and place in oven for 13min.


Now just wait for the timer to go off and enjoy!!
