Vudu is a digital video service that allows you to store your personal Digital Video Library acquired through UV codes and Digital redeem codes. You will need to create a free account to access the free movies. The free movies are ad-supported so you will have to deal with a few video ads while watching. Kanopy is similar to Hoopla. It offers access to thousands of films for free in partnership with your public library/ university. You can watch ad-free films and series on your TV, mobile phone, tablet or online. The drawback on this one is you have to have a library card to sign up and it is not available at all libraries just yet unfortunately.
Pluto TV hosts free films on-demand, but it’s also a free live-TV streaming service, hosting content from across the web. Pluto TV features multiple live movie channels. . It’s available on web browsers, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku devices, and more.
